Review: We had a landscaped deck and wall built by Granite Ridge. Upon final inspection of job, some unfinished items were found. [redacted](from Granite Ridge) assured me they would be back the next day to fix all items. No one showed up. After emailing [redacted] a few times he replied that they were busy, but would be out as soon as possible to take care of everything. This was in 2012. I never heard back again. I have emailed [redacted] twice this year, but he has not responded to either of them. It has now been a year since job was "finished", so now warranty is also up.Desired Settlement: Granite Ridge needs to finish job and then warranty work that they should have completed in August. Of 2012.
