Do not ever order products from Granite Shield Productd
I ordered and paid for my granite shield products on 9/2/2021 and have never received the products. They have said for the last 13 months that it is in shipping, but it has not been shipped. Do not buy from them under any circumstances.

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 10, 2015/08/14) */ This product was purchased from the Wyoming store and not Southern CaliforniaWe receive numerous emails, phone calls, and voicemail messages days of the year including Christmas and New Year'sWe try our best to respond to all messages Receiving so many messages daily it is possible at times for messages to get lost, or misplaced due to receiving so many on a daily basis including weekends and holidaysIt is possible that some messages get lost in Internet space, junk mail or spam folders on our end and the customers endHowever we do our best to respond to all messages either by phone or emailWe provide information when next to where the customer inputs their credit card information they are placing a custom order made specifically for them so it is fresh and not sitting on a shelfThat orders are in the order received and may take longer than the estimated to weeks due to the rare polymers usedThat their credit card will be charged when purchasing when hitting the submit buttonIt does ask the customer should they have not received their order in weeks to please send us an email so shipping can research their order and if it has not shipped it will ASAPDue to many of the licensed not currently carrying the line of aftercare we will be requesting applicators carry a day supply so the customer has the option to purchase directly from them that should ease up on bottle orders we receiveWe have been in communication with the customer and in this case may have been a lost order due to a computer crash and assured her that her order will be going out in the next few days Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (2000, 12, 2015/08/15) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) [redacted] from Granite Shield has contacted meShe sent me an email saying that they were closing their on-line store and that in the future I should order from the person who had applied the sealantI called her, left a message and, for change, she called backI told her that I was unable to contact the person who sealed my granite counter tops, [redacted] She said he had been fired because of various underhanded activities and this actually confirmed my impression of himI asked her who I should contact for ordersShe couldn't provide me with a name so she said she would send my order within the next few daysShe also suggested that in the future I should order larger quantities which I would be willing to doShe gave me a long list of problems she had had with her small business this past year which sounded believable I am accepting her response and her promise to send the product within the next few daysHopefully, she will send the product as promised

Receiving so many messages daily it is possible at times for messages to get lost, or misplaced due to receiving so many on a daily basis including weekends and holidays. It is possible that some messages get lost in Internet space, junk mail or spam folders on our end and the customers end. However we do our best to respond to all messages either by phone or email. We provide information when next to where the customer inputs their credit card information they are placing a custom order made specifically for them so it is fresh and not sitting on a shelf. That orders are in the order received and may take longer than the estimated 2 to 4 weeks due to the rare polymers used. That their credit card will be charged when purchasing when hitting the submit button. It does ask the customer should they have not received their order in 3 weeks to please send us an email so shipping can research their order and if it has not shipped it will ASAP. Due to many of the licensed not currently carrying the line of aftercare we will be requesting applicators carry a 90 day supply so the customer has the option to purchase directly from them that should ease up on 1 bottle orders we receive. We have been in communication with the customer and in this case may have been a lost order due to a computer crash and assured her that her order will be going out in the next few days.

I am accepting her response and her promise to send the product within the next few days. Hopefully, she will send the product as promised.
