I had a very bad experiences with the service, after paying for the service they said their is no expiration date as long as I had credits on my account come to find out that was not true. I tried to place a call overseas but could not. I called customer service to fine out the problem they told me that I haven't placed a call in three months even though I have $45 left in my account I wasn't aware that I have to place a call every three month and I wasn't told by the representative. They told me I have to buy $50 more to gain my $45 back.
After nine yeas as a customer I think I should have been treated better instead of losing $45 for no reason.
