Granite Trails Apartments denies that it improperly charged Ms [redacted] after she left our propertyMs [redacted] was a resident at our property and she signed a written month lease from October 1, to September 30, Unfortunately, Ms [redacted] failed to pay a significant amount of rent during her tenancy, which resulted a court-ordered eviction in June (Ramsey County Court File No62-EIG-CV-17-1094; writ of recovery issued by the court on June 14, 2017)Pursuant to the express terms of Ms [redacted] 's lease (lease sections 1.3, 1.11), after eviction Ms [redacted] remains responsible for paying her rent and utilities for the remainder of the lease term, or until the apartment is re-rentedThe unit was re-rented on September 3, 2017, and management only charged Ms [redacted] rent through August Ms [redacted] is also responsible for managements related courttattorney fees incurred as a result of the eviction (lease section 1.13) as well as damage and cleaning beyond wear and tearMs [redacted] is being charged correctly pursuant to the terms of her lease and the total amount owed is $5,Sincerely, David [redacted] President of Home! during her tenancy, which resulted a court-ordered eviction in June 2017 (Ramsey County Court File No. 62-EIG-CV-17-1094; writ of recovery issued by the court on June 14, 2017). Pursuant to the express terms of Ms. [redacted]'s lease (lease sections 1.3, 1.11), after eviction Ms. [redacted] remains responsible for paying her rent and utilities for the remainder of the lease term, or until the apartment is re-rented. The unit was re-rented on September 3, 2017, and management only charged Ms. [redacted] rent through August 2017. Ms. [redacted] is also responsible for managements related courttattorney fees incurred as a result of the eviction (lease section 1.13) as well as damage and cleaning beyond normal wear and tear.
