Our complaint is not with the product of granite transformation but with the customer serviceThis service was wonderful up till the day our counter tops were installNo one called to ask us about the productWhen we contacted them to let them know of concerns we had about our walls the clean up etc they never offered to come and look they wanted to try handle it a phone callThey ran my credit card and had all their money and we still have paint wiped off our wallsThey said that the counter tops match exact to our old counter tops, I took pictures to show that theirs does not match our old onesThere was a white dust all over the countertops we spent a lot of money for them not to buff and make sure these counter tops were smooth and clean before they leftI had to do all the clean up my husband and I had to do all the contacting themWhen you spend this kind of money you would think they would want you to be happy but nope they run your credit card and they are done with youI do not recommend granite transformation there are other companys out there and I am sure they would do just as good a job and have better customer serviceThey just want money not happy customers
