Terrible performance, no product or technical support I was given the Stroombox as a Christmas present in The unit was way overpriced in comparison to other products offering the same featuresEver since I hooked it up, the streaming was terribleThey did a system update which helped but only for a short timeThey said I need a good internet connection so I increased my connection to 50mb down which they said a minimum of would workThen I hard wired it straight into the modem to give the best streaming availableAll this time and effort and money is to no availIt still won't give me sources for streams, can't keep up with the downloads and cuts off in the middle of movies that I can get to start playingI know this should not be this way because I have Gboxes in the house that work perfect over that were 1/the priceWhen I try to contact them, their technical support calling is a very short time window so I leave messagesI have yet to have any returned

Awful Sold us the stroombox Fromm a mall kiosk Worked for months and have been trying to get help for the last months and no responseBox is bust, completely Doesn't work at all despite factory resets and trying all the other suggested methods to restore it to working order

The website for stroombox indicates they will return submissions within hours or can call themThey do not return emails and phone calls
I purchased a stroom box at the Wellington mall on Feb 18th for $ I have not used the box much but it froze up and I was not able to correct the problem I attempted to call the rep I purchased it from but they closed down the Kiosk in the mall and cannot be found or contactedI attempted to use the online users manual I followed the directions for restoring the box to factory default The six simple steps did not correct the problem and the stroom box is still froze with "MBOX" displayed on the screenI need the software to be reloaded for this piece of equipment as it clearly has fallen within the six month waurantee but I am not able to contact anyone
