We signed a contract for $4,with Mr [redacted] on July 2nd and collected a 10% down payment equaling $ Adam S [redacted] who is our Operations Manager tried by phone multiple time to and try and schedule a time to complete the template Finally they connected by e-mail and the template was completed on Aug3rd At the time of the template we collected 40% ($1,610.00) according to our contract Then on Tuesday Aug15th a email was sent stating that Mr [redacted] no longer wanted to continue with this project because he says that there was damage done to the unit Adam then tried several times to connect with Mr [redacted] to see the damages that were supposedly done Adam sent a email on 9-1-saying "when the template was done the place was a disaster There were tools all over, piles of construction debris, and cigarette butts through out the unit It was quite obvious that there were other people working in the unit I would like to discuss the situation with you and meet you at the unit if need be I can be reached at (Adam's Phone Number) I will be in the office after 4:pm today." The only response to these e-mail was to want to talk to a Supervisor Adam is the one who deals with all of these types of problems Then since Mr [redacted] was not going to continue with the project it was decided to return the $2, This was done on 9-15- This situation was brought to my attention so I reached out to Mr [redacted] on 9-6-with my contact information I did not receive a response until 11-25-over the holiday weekend and the complaint with the Revdex.com at this time we have refunded all of Mr [redacted] money paid to us
