[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the response. If no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This is the same verbiage the Company has been using from "Bruno" to a "Gustavo" whom I never had the opportunity to speak with or meet for that matter. The Facts are: April: I came in at the end of April to inquire regarding granite: to reiterate their website showed a particular color I was interesed in " [redacted] " which they did not have. However, having been to Grameco they had the color Typhoon Bordeau and Tina, noted as a sales person showed the difference in this slabe vs a cheaper one, since 2 people advised they were affiliated with [redacted] list, I inquired re: the 10% discount one is able to have. I was impressed with this person's advise; I was written up for granite-$2,078.70; cut out-$175.; sink D-shape-$179.; edge 1/4round-$195.; small job fee $295. noted "customer to provide faucet and no plumbing'. When the slab was being transferred I was to be notified. This never happened. I was asked for the coupon from [redacted] list. A call to [redacted] list indicated they do not qualify to advertise with them. I had sent an email back to Tina saying, "looks as if I am not getting the discount" I was possibly interested in the faucet and cabinets. I called to verify the slab came in; and if they were coming out; a Karol advised I was still sceduled for Monday for measurement. There was no discount, depsite the advertisng on their website, truck, and facebook. This is false advertising. When I pointed this out "Bruno" May 6th sent an email proposing a $125. refund..."give him my thoughts" I called the company to speak to a Manager, A Karol answered, said she could forward me to Bruno, I said, no! as he was jerking me around; I spoke to a "general manger instead who again referred me to "Bruno" and indicated he was part owner. When I called again, 'Bruno' indicated "he was afraid he would have to refund me." I advised I would write [redacted] list, BBB, yelp and other company reports. I am on a tight scedule-the possibility existed to sell my place as I was looking at another. I have other personal projects and now the work has not been done; there was no negoation; from the onslaught, Bruno threatened me with a refund the rest is chauventistic Mrs vs Ms. and I never even got to see the slab; he had already decided not to do the work. Given this company's condenscending demeanor and lack of being professional; fees for a small job; and sending email to refund [this was BEFORE I called and accusations] emails in chronilogical order in history of sequence have been cut and pasted to thier response before; they ignore the customer. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing, and "Bruno" seems to control everything. It was noted [redacted] list was not cost efficient for them; clearly a kitchen re model is not cost effecient for them as well. they are making excuses for their reneging of the job. This has cost me time and money.Regards, [redacted]

Let me begin by saying that it is very unfortunate that Mrs
Faville feels this way; we tried very hard to work with her, but unfortunately
the disrespect shown towards our staff was a
tipping factor on our decision not
to extend our services to herShe came in to purchase counter tops with a
“discount” of 10% off the total ticket amount, supposedly given to her by a
company with whom we no longer have ties nor have authorized such discounts to
be given out byDespite of the fact that we had no obligation to extend this
“discount” to her, we still offered her a discount because we value our
customers and want their business; however, as she stated, it was not enough
for herDuring the negotiation process, she addressed our staff in a
condescending manner (to say the least) while stating that the reason why we
did not have good customer service was because we did not extended her the
discount she expectedShe also mentioned that we were not the first company
she tried purchasing her countertops from and that she had issues in the
process beforeOnce again, we’re sorry that this incident took place and while
we value our customer and their business, we also value our employees and
expect our customers to treat them with the same respect we treat themFurthermore, we have received three awards from ***'s on three consecutive years and even though we are no longer affiliated with them we have the right of using those awards in our favor
