I had made an order back in April 2020, this is August! I have emailed their customer service, nothing in return, all I ask for is a refund, I had wanted to surprise my pre-teen with press on nails because I liked their designs, and I get nothing! DO NOT ORDER from this page! They will rip you off instantly then not return any emails!

I want an email confirmation of my order that was placed and never received and refund it to my original payment credit card

I bought a product that this company offered online. I have never received it. This company appear to be a fraud.I bought it with my credit card.
I tried to track the product and the company says "SORRY, THE PAGE YOU ARE LOOKING FOR CAN NOT BE FOUND". confirmed order:GGYXXXXX.
Product: Micro-needle hair growth-0.25mm.

Desired Outcome

Refund my money or send the product.

Order item 2 months ago. I have gotten any items. Only saying they are sending the item. I am also getting promotional ads and emails.

Desired Outcome

These items were purchased for gifts and one was for mom with cancer and has little hair. For them to just take people money which didn't have to throw away is so heartless with all that is going on in the world today. I want my full fund please.

They sent my items from California.

Granite Greg took my money and never delivered my product. I emailed them several inquiries,as they have no phone # available, and got no response.

Refund I want my debt card credit for the amount I paid for the item I never received. I want a refund!

Ordered about 3 months ago. I understand it's the pandemic but they keep sending me responses that my order is on the way not to worry and they've given me tracking numbers that didn't even belong to my order. Still haven't gotten what I ordered or my money back. Completely annoyed by this whole situation.

This company debited my account and never sent the product. They also never answered the emails I sent to their customer service department.

I placed an order April 17. On May 14 I emailed asking for info of my package which had not been delivered. They said was in transit.
On June 2, the package still had not arrived. I emailed and asked for refund. I let them know they had 24 hours to reply or I'd contact Shopify and Revdex.com.
They did not respond. So I followed through with my complaint to both places.

Desired Outcome

Refund Full refund of purchase and shipping cost.

Six weeks now, still no egg poacher. I feel like I was deceived. Had no idea this was coming from China. I did not know until I got the shipping notice. They need to be more up front with folks.It was ordered April 25th, 2020

Consumer did receive her items.

I have requested a status on my order multiple times. I have emailed the recommended contact email. No response. Pretty sure I'm getting ripped off
Ordered on April 27th 2020 I received a confirmation email on May 3rd guaranteeing I would have shipment updates. Email also stated that I could use the tracking number to track my package which I have tried multiple times and it does not work I have tried contacting the customer service for this company with the provided email address with no response it has now been three weeks with no shipping confirmation and no response on where my package is. I understand that covid-19 is playing a huge part in shipping but that doesn't mean I shouldn't get a response

At this point I just want a refund because I think this is absolutely ridiculous and a horrible way to run a company

I heard from them reassuring me and my order was shipped. However I went on the website and attempted to use the shipping code again and it is still not working. it has now been almost two weeks again since they contacted me and still no package. How would you recommend I go about possibly getting a refund? Or should I file another complaint with the Revdex.com?

purchased items from this company, and they have yet to send me a tracking number or email in regard to my items. I've reached out to them 3 times.
On the 21st of April I purchased three items from their website. I received a confirmation email telling me my order was placed, and that I would get a tracking number in 3-5 business days. When 3-5 business passed, and I still had no tracking number, I emailed the support address on the 29th in hopes I would get a response. Days went by, I still heard nothing. Keep in mind they keep emailing me promotional ads selling other items, but no one would respond to me. I sent two more emails to them, and still got no response or a tracking number. It is very clear this website is a scam, and I would like a refund if any way possible.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund of my money. That is all.

Item was ordered on April 4, 2020. Tracking number was given to me, it took them 16 days just to even send package to the postal service and now its been 2 weeks traveling from China to the United States. Tried 3 times to contact the company and they have not responded to me. I don't know what is going on but it shouldn't take that long to come from one country to another.
