It is surprising to us that we only hear about this 5 months later through the Revdex.com. We would have expected that we are contacted by the customer to hear from customer directly with concerns or complaints. I would be happy to credit $100 as a good will gesture even though it is our position that there was no wrong doing on our part here, and we fulfilled our contractual obligation, and customer service.
