Granitops

We recently ordered and paid for granite top for my kitchen. It was installed on a Friday and on Monday I called to complain there were issues.1. There were large and small cs in the granite. 2. The bullnose looked terrible. 3. The edges did not come together where they are joined. They sent someone out and they filled the holes that they could. They sanded or rubbed the bullnose but it still does not look right. The edges they said we would have to live with. they evidently removed the weights where they were glued. Also the granite does not shine at all. I was told we live in the wrong direction of the sun and it would look dull because of that! One employee did our backsplash for us on his own time. I told him we were not happy and could he please pass this on which he said he would. Have not heard anything since.Desired SettlementSome acknowledgement the job was not done right and some kind of compensation for it.
