I was in a car accident in 1993 of which being left as a quadriplegic able to live by myself, began the rest of my life requiring myself to find home health care agencies for hire to assist with bathing, cooking, minor house cleaning, pick up prescriptions, shopping etc. etc.. Before being connected with Ganny Nannies, I dealt with several poorly managed and very untactful health aides. I'm not the type of person to instantly dismiss an aide/company and Do attempt to give a more than etiquette chances/time per aide trial, and if still bad, whether a thief, dirty or not presentably dressed, poor help performance, consistently Very late or not arriving at all. call and request a new aide. When the companies have sent out another bad aide 3 times in a row, I have no choice because of the past companies bad hiring management, but to find and begin trying a new company, with new strangers in my home attempts to help me complete the daily issues I have no choice but to ask for help in completing.

FINALLY, in 2010-11, I was connected with Granny Nannies! Unbelievably within the 1st or 2nd?, Aide I was assigned the aide Jermaine was always well dressed and Clean. On time every day, and respectful in that if she might be late, she would call me to let me know. She always brought my shopping receipts for saving just in case, never stole anything, always made sure I got my toothbrush, soap n water, food made for me, sometimes went out of her way like when I dropped an entire gallon of milk on the floor, next day had to mop even up under the refrigerator, but was kind with the good attitude, it's ok, accidents happen! On the days that she(other aides to, and every body does), had an important where she could not come a day because of an appointment or other issue, Granny Nannies always respectfully calls me to inform me ahead of time, and always has a fill in on hand so I'm not worried/stressed of being without help for a day.

Jermaine was my aide for 2 years! None of the other companies even came close to perhaps 3 months of a decent continuous aide! Jermaine took a different job within a different field and I wished her luck!

Fantastically, the very next new aide Granny Nannies assigned me was honest, prompt, always positive attitude, well dressed, clean, helped me very much! and lasted for 1 year. As with Jermaine, she took a new employment opportunity in a different profession and perfectly on time, Granny Nannies had a new aide per-arranged and it went well. (it's hard to find an aide for such long periods, but sometimes does happen! :-) )

ANYWAY, My review of Granny Nannies(still with them current year 2016):

Reliable, Clean, Great Help Performance, Always able, 24/7, to be contacted in case something arises such as I ended up in hospital before and needed to tell them, Responsible, in other words:

If you are looking for a RESPECTABLE/HONEST/DESCENT home health care agency for yourself, your mom dad son daughter relative or friend, I TRULY RECOMMEND Granny Nannies as for they will arrange proper help with professionally caring and helpful attitudes! :-)
