Purchased a brand new Yamaha Yzf-rfrom this dealershiparound months later a piston blew, covered under warrant but took months to fixweeks later the same piston blew and the warrant went out because it took so long for repair now they don't want to cover itrepair took to long and perhaps misdiagnosed it to the point where they don't want to cover it

I had always liked going to grannys because the sales and parts department is very friendly and helpfulThe problem is with the service departmentI brought my gsxr in after it fell over in the driveway because I wanted my scratched fairings replaced and my charging system fixed as it took some damage from the fallWell I brought the bike in on march 29th, they did not finish the bike until may 7thI never got a call the bike was finished either I had to show up and find it ready to goThe bill came to a whopping $for some fairings and a "fixed charging system"I went in numerous times to get an update on my bike as I never got a call to be updated on the situationIt initially took them weeks just to do an estimateI understand good work takes a long time and I must be patientWell when I went to pick the bike up on the 7th it looked great, however my front fairing/spedo was loose and I could rock my entire nose back and forth quit significantlyI asked chad to look at it and he tightened up the bolt for meARE YOU KIDDING ME? When the bike is ready it should be 100% no parts loose and flapping aroundI got the bike home and have rode the bike maybe times so far, the battery is already DEADI got home from the beach and it wouldn't crank over again, I put my meter on it, reading volts at 3% charge?!This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLEI paid over $and waited over weeks for a bike that looks good but the internal problems are still not fixed!!!! All the bad reviews are about the same problem, VERY LONG WAIT TIME AND PROBLEM STILL NOT SOLVEDThey need to FIRE their techs and hire someone that knows what they are doing! This is absolutely ridiculousBeing a customer ready to drop thousand dollars they should have been quick and fixed everything 100% restoring the bike into showroom conditionI will NOT be using grannys ever agin, I will be calling them tuesday to come get the bike and they better fix the charging system at no cost to me or I will be filing a complaint to Revdex.comThe service manager never called me to let me know how the bike is, they took their sweet time with the bike, charged an insane amount of money, and never fixed the core problemsGrannys service department SUCKS!!! I will be using *** *** *** on *** from now on
