Review: HAD A BOTH IN A STORE. OWNER CHARGE $55/MONTH RENT. 9/10/13 MY CAR WAS HIT IN PARKING LOT BY HER "BEST CUSTOMER" WHO SCREAMED AT ME & I YELLED BACK. CUSTOMER FILED COMPLAINT THAT I YELLED AT HER IN STORE. ALL LIES. ALL HAPPENED OUTSIDE. I WAS EVICTED FROM BOOTH. MY HUSBAND WENT TO GET MY ITEMS. HE ASKED FOR PRORATED RENT, MONEY OWED FOR SOLD ITEMS, RETURN OF ITEMS THAT WERE IN LAYAWAY. SHE REFUSED ON ALL COUNTS. PRORATED RENT $34.83, MONEY OWED $61.50, LAYAWAY $33. CUSTOMER HAS NOT PAID OFF THE LAYAWAY & I TECHNICALLY STILL OWN THE ITEM. SHE SAID SHE DIDN'T WANT ANYONE LIKE ME IN STORE THUS HUSBAND WENT IN. WE FEEL THIS IS RETRIBUTION OF US FILING AN INSURANCE CLAIM AGAINST HER "BEST" CUSTOMER. SUPPOSEDLY OTHER PEOPLE FILED A COMPLAINT ALONG WITH "BEST" CUSTOMER. MY HUSBAND WAS WITH ME & WOULD NOT HAVE TOLERATED ME YELLING AT ANYONE.Desired Settlement: RETURN OF REST OF RENT AT PRORATED $34.83, MONIES OWED $61.50, RETURN OF ITEMS IN LAYAWAY THAT CUSTOMER HAS NOT PAID IN FULL $33 OR SHE CAN BUY THEM OUTRIGHT & SELL TO CUSTOMER

Response:
I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Ms Wood Light threw me out on 9/11/13. I would like a prorated portion of the rent back. This would be $38. She shorted me monies as she had sold one of my items at a discount. This item was sold on 9/11/13. I had no items on sale at a 20% discount.
She had said she would mail all my money to me but my husband had to make a 42 mile round trip. Thus I did not receive everything owed to (ie prorated rent and selling ine of my items discounted by 20%).
I would like the monies owed to me and forwarded to me via USPS
Regards,
