I have tried to call and email the customer,as I have all back up documentation that states otherwise to the complaint that was filedI cannot figure out what the issue that the customer is stating since the bill was in total $and we only charged her credit card $I will be more than happy to fix any other errors or issues with the charges, but since the customer will not return my calls or my email I am not sure what else I can doAgain, I would like to fix this, but I need to know if more detail how and why the customer did not pay the entire bill of $and she only paid $
