Did a very good job for us fixing a persistent shower leak. They were honest and up front with the possible cost outcomes prior to doing the work. In the end, they didn't even end up having to do the worst case scenario and the final cost was reasonable.
Since I bought my house about six years ago, I have called Aaron Kramer Plumbing three times. Each time I have had several things I wanted taken care of, including fixing a toilet line, installing a toilet, fixing a hidden leak in a tub, installing a garbage disposal, and fixing a main line. I have worked each time with Bruce Kramer and he has done a very good job. He works quickly with a very knowledgeable apprentice and takes time to explain the costs (monetary and otherwise) and benefits of work that he does. In addition, his office assistant Ruthanne is very helpful and professional.
Had Aaron Kramer plumbing come out to resolve some water issues in our bathroom. They were prompt, upfront and honest with us and explained the options we had to resolve them. They were not high pressure or trying to sell us something we didn't need. They dealt with the Delta people to get us new parts and to get them installed, which was no easy task. Good to know an honest plumber we can rely on.

I would highly recommend Aaron Kramer Plumbing. I called them Monday afternoon March 16th around 1:00 about a problem with my shower stall handle. They arrived at the house at 2:30, by a few minutes after 3:00 I had a new handle, they had cleaned up and were gone. It was great service and very reasonably priced, I give them five out of five stars. Thanks Aaron Kramer Plumbing.
Aaron Kramer Plumbing did a great job in bringing our home up to standards, fixing a number of problems that had accumulated over the years, and making our home secure and leak free. The work was accomplished on time, within budget and exceeded our expectations. I contacted Kramer plumbing and was able to get a same day appointment which was great. They called to let me know they were on their way to my place. They arrived on time. I had called them because I had a leaky shower head but I live in a condo. Aaron informed me everything that would be involved with fixing my showerhead before he got started so I would know my options. It is difficult to turn the main water valve off at a condo. He also informed me what I would need to do to fix my tile in my shower stall. He was very friendly and helpful. He patiently answered all my questions and gave me options. I will be contacted them in the future for my plumbing needs.
I was nervous about using a new plumber, but Mr. Kramer was wonderful! Very knowledgeable, pleasant, and he made me feel like he cared and could fix our issue. And he did exactly that, he didn't make a mess and cleaned up all his materials. I was left feeling confident in knowing that I have found my new plumber!!! (And his prices are reasonable, I truly appreciated his professionalism and expertise!)

I had aaron kramer plumbing out to fix an out door water spicket they showed up before time knew what to do right away and started right at it I was really please with the plumber had an apprentice with him and made sure the apprentice was knowing what he was doing it looks like a really good on the job teaching no half a**ing at all on teaching or work ethic either
