I have contacted customer againprocessing me is days for tag workCustomer had documentation that we needed to process tag work State of NJ refused to allow customer to retain tags.IG Burton paid additional monies $ 500+ and did not charge the customer. We will not refund money for processing tags. Customer still not happy . No further action from our company
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
It took the IG Burton over 65 days to supply my registration and tags. They have failed to supply a explanation for this or even a sincere apology. Even with them being unable to transfer my old plates it does not take 65 days. They supplied me with temporary tags good for 60 days. This is an implied contract. Failure to supply the registration and tags within this time frame violates this contract. There fore thy should refund the fees they charged under this agreement. When I purchased the vehicle they informed me obtaining out of state registration and plates wasn't a problem and that they did this frequently. They did try to call me, once, today 3/7/18. I was unable to accept the call being at work. They left no message so I do not know how I can be expected to respond to their call. I have purchased multiple new vehicles in my life with many requiring out of state registration. I have never experienced anything like what IG Burton put me through. As far as their receiving the notice from the Revdex.com until after I finally received my registration and tags that is out of my control. I filed my complaint prior to receiving them.
