Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: attached is all the correspondents from myself and Grant DentureAll information is the truthComplaint # ID [redacted] .Since everything I have written or said is the truth, this is no slander.Grant Denture is correct about the amount of money that was given them for the denture that they now have.it was made, didn't fit and hurt when I wore themAfter adjustments, a new plate was madeStill did not fit and was returned to Grant Denture on April 20th 2017.All I want is the money that was paid to Grant Denture for the upper plate "that was returned to Grant Denture" returned to my brother's credit card.As far as insulting me, which should be below you Grant Denture, I am not a confused or demented.The upper plate was returned to you on April 20th, And I have a witness watch me returned the dentures.The upper plate was not lost or misplaced unless it was done at/by Grant Denture Sincerely, [redacted] ***

This client says she returned her denture and wants her money backThe fact is she absolutely did not return it and she absolutely will not receive anything more from our officeWho EXACTLY does she say she gave her denture to? I could not find that in any of her complaintsWhy I ask this is because there are of us in this office, who interact with patients and it was NOT given to either one of us.With that being said, expect this to be our last response to this fabricated, meaningless and malicious complaint.If she cares to proceed forward, we will happily see her in court.Pat G***, Grant Denture Clinic

First let me say that I am sorry you are having upper denture difficultyI believepart of the problem is that someone is misinforming you on your dentureWhatwas told to you is that you have a VERY FLESHY UPPER
PALLETI don't knowwhere you got the idea that l said your mouth was stretched, because yes, thatwould be crazy.When you left here at your last appointment I asked you to please call if therewas ANYTHING else we could do for youI have not heard from you sinceSeptember gth of last yearThat's months agoI want you successfulHoweverI need to see you as there is nothing I can do without seeing you.The letter you sent I took very serious as I took it very threateningI don't knowhow we lost track of our communication but it has obviously been lost.I have downloaded and enclosed documents I found on the internet in regards todentures and the effects of a Fleshy PalletYou too can do the same.I will anticipate hearing from you so that we can make a plan as to what else wecan do to further your success on your upper dentureWe are happy to hear yourlower denture is doing great!Pat G***
