Thank you for contacting us.We are aware of Mr*** and Ms***'s complaints. We've responded to their request for cancellation by not
delivering shares and we've attempted multiple times on the phone and by email to arrange a time for Andy Grant to meet with them at their home without response. We implemented stringent sorting and packing and shipping procedures in response to their complaints. We've sent mail to the address they have on file with us and it has been returned because they are not there. We explain clearly what our offerings are and where they come from on our website: During the Winter/Spring and now all year, enjoy fresh, 100% organic fruits and vegetables THAT YOU LOVE THE MOST! We call it our ‘Full Bounty Organic‘ Enjoy our yummy, crispy, crunchy eat’em this week selections sourced from Colorado greenhouses, Storage and winter production areas with warmer climatesWinter Shares deliver from January through June. When Mr*** and Ms*** decided to cancel their share, they owed us $on the second half of a split payment arrangementWe put their shares delivery on permanent hold and they did not make the agreed second paymentThey are since demanding a refund for shares they elected not to receive prior to the date of the payment. Our policy on refunds is clear and published on our website and made available at the time of sign up in a Confirmation email sent to *** *** on January 18, It states:CSA AgreementBefore joining our CSA, we ask that our members read and commit to the following statementsThis is the Farm Policy, and it is what keeps our community supported agriculture farms running smoothly, both for our members and the farm teams.I understand that the success of the CSA and Grant Farms depends on my continued commitment to support the farm throughout the week delivery seasonDue to this, I understand that no refunds will be provided for shares.Despite stated policy to the contrary, we're willing to make an exception to send a refund in the amount of $to Mr*** and Ms***.The address we have on file for them appears to be incorrectMail sent to them at this address has been returned to us. *** * *** *** *** *** ** ***
