It is not on page Aof the H/JAs I reviewed this completely and called the H/J and was told they did not where to find the billing payment addressBut, was told in person from the H/J the address to mail the payment was to Raleigh, NC. And, so I did!Thank you for listening to these complaints hopefully this will get results for others that have had these problems

We agree this customer's service has not been to our standard and we agree with her complaint. It is always our intent to have the daily newspaper delivered daily and on time. Unfortunately, there are periods of time when there is not a regular carrier on this route. This causes inconsistencies in...

the service. We are currently undergoing re-routing of our entire delivery area. This address (and route) is slated to be re-routing within the next few weeks and we expect this issue to be resolved.We are reaching out to the customer and expect to keep checking with them regularly to offer better service and to be certain the deliveries are being made. The Herald-Journal is addressing the delivery issues in the Green Creek area.Regarding the customer payment reply. The "pay now" icon takes the customer to the "Manage Your Account" section of our website. You can make a payment on-line here. If that is not acceptable or a customer opts to mail their payment, the information to mail a payment is on Page A2 of our newspaper. The customer service center is open seven days a week as well as an automated system set up to accept payments. We received information on 11/28 regarding sub's delivery issues. We were switching carriers at this time, and the carrier had to learn the new route. As a courtesy, we extended the sub's subscription by a month, and we did place the sub on e-bill at that time. Sub should receive e-bill soon since...

expiration date is at the beginning of January.  Since the initial complaint was entered, no further complaints have been made on account. We will continue to monitor this account and ensure delivery and ebill.

P[redacted] & J[redacted] S[redacted]The ebill was received Dec. 7. I clicked on the "pay now" to see how to pay my bill. I did not have an option...I received a selection of make for first time subscribers which is not my payment option.  I owe for 12 months equal to $381.89 (52 wks). This does not make since or where to mail my payment to is not on the ebill.  I don't know where to send the payment! Please pass this on to the H/J and resolve this billing problem.  Sorry, that I have to ask for a bill!  And, I did not receive a paper Saturday, Dec. 9, did receive a paper on Dec. 10, no paper on Dec. 11!!!  This is 1 paper out of three days delivery.  So, this delivery issue has not been resolved.  Just want paper delivered for what we pay for and receive a bill to show where to send the money. All I want is the paper for what I pay for.
