We received information on 11/regarding sub's delivery issuesWe were switching carriers at this time, and the carrier had to learn the new routeAs a courtesy, we extended the sub's subscription by a month, and we did place the sub on e-bill at that timeSub should receive e-bill soon since expiration date is at the beginning of January Since the initial complaint was entered, no further complaints have been made on accountWe will continue to monitor this account and ensure delivery and ebill
