On April 27th, 2018, we brought our car into Jiffy Lube in Beaverton to have the brake pads checked We were told the rear brake pads were in great condition, but the front brake pads needed to be replaced and the brake fluid in the front of the car flushed We also had our oil changed and all other recommendations by the jiffy lube staff completed that day Less than two months later our brakes were making noises again We brought the car back in to the same Jiffy Lube on 7-20-and were told that the rear brake pads were in such poor condition they were basically metal on metal Jiffy Lube staff were able to tell us this without even taking the wheels off of our vehicle and gave us a repair estimate of $ We explained that the rear brake pads were fine in April and we were apologized to and given coupons for oil changes I called to speak to a manager that same day to discuss reimbursement for the damage to our brake pads and was yelled at by the manager He then told me

On 12/13/Jiffi Lube perform a brake repair in my truck Dodge Dakota , they change the brake pads and rotor in both front tires , on 02//I was driven in the freeway and start hear a loud noise came from the front of the vehicle , I stop the car and call a towing service and went directly to a mechanic shop name TV HWY Automotive , when the mechanic take out the right side tire , he found a missing bolt that hold the caliper in place and the brake was loose , obviously a big negligence from Jiffi Lube , the mechanic put a new bolt and fix the issue , I took pictures and went to Jiffi Lube , I talk to the manager assistant the problem that I had and show to him the pictures and the receipt from the mechanic shop and explain to him that all that I want is my expensive from the mechanic shop and towing service ($240) , he talk to someone over the phone and told me that he can give me back only $because at that moment I don't have with me the receipt from the to
