It was the consumers choice to call another plumber and he did not allow the business the opportunity to get him the bid before he called someone
else

As I mentioned, the plumber that came had no clue how to fix anythingHe stumbled with the unit and then called the owner for guidance, stayed the whole time on the phone, then eventually said the unit had to be replacedI asked for a quote and was told the business would provide a written estimate for the replacement itself by end of day (by email)By the date I filed this complaint, which was days later after the service call, I had no quote eitherIf I were to wait for *** plumbing, I'd be showering in cold water still today!
