we made arrangements to take a battery to him at NO Cost. Upon inspection it was apparent that the alternator was fine. Vehicle wouldn't start believing it to be the starter we made arrangements to have the vehicle towed to our garage at our expense. The tow company delivered the vehicle to our lot on Thursday November 17th 2016. We diagnosed the vehicle as needing a idler pulley for the timing belt. We ordered both a new timing belt and idler pulley at no expense to the customer. Parts had to be special ordered through [redacted] Parts were delivered November 21st 2016. Vehicle repairs have been completed as of this morning and waiting customer pick up. We thank you for your time. Thank You [redacted]
