my name is [redacted] i'm years old and I was contacted by George P [redacted] from Grant Solutions on May about receiving Senior Grant FundingAt first I was super skeptical because ive been scammed many times beforeMr P [redacted] was very patient and informativehe walked me through the program and told me that I was eligible for 85,dollars through the senior funding projectMr P [redacted] showed me that his company was a legit company listed with the Arizona Corporate Commission and had been in business for more then yearsAfter he explained to me I was able to receive these grants on an annul basis and that they would train me to apply in the future on my own I was excited and scaredAgainst my better judgement I went ahead and hired the Grant Solutions team to handle my caseGood thing to because I received my grant check today 7/29/in the full amount of 91,dollarsGrant Solutions went as far as to add in a reimbursement grant for the dollar fee I paid out of pocket to start the serviceI was able to pay myself back for the investment I made for their service I admit I didn't think I would get the grant all the way up the point of the response that said I was approvedI would like for all of you to know that this is a legitimate cooperation and they will go the extra mile for their clientsI was, (i'm sure) a hand fullNo matter though because the Grant Solutions staff were patient and kind to me the whole timeI would recommend this company to all my senior friends and I recommend them to all of you as wellthe government is holding out on your grant funds this is money that belongs to us as citizens It only took Grant Solutions all of days to get my grant check in my handThis was the best dollars I've ever spent and if I hadn't been trained to reapply on my own id do it all over againthank you Grant Solutions I would of never known I could apply for my grant checkYour company has been a huge blessing to me and my wife

I applied for a grant through this company and was told I qualified for $65,This included a $3,feeI planned to put it on a credit card, but the account had been closed due to inactivityI reopened the account and waited for the return call from Grant Solutions The call came todayWhen I asked for a physical address the representative did not knowHe could only tell me that it was in Mesa, AZHe asked a few questions, and then told me I didn't qualifyI told him that I had already been told I qualified for the 65,dollarsHe then wanted to know how much could be charged to my credit card, and I asked whyHe did not give me a satisfactory answerWhen I asked again why he needed to know he hung up on meThe phone number came up as a telemarketer

This is a business that preys on the elderlyThey call and tell you are eligible for a grant from corporations that are looking for write offs for their taxesThey are paid upfront by collecting 5% of the amount of the grant that will come to youThey say sometimes the corporations will also pay your feesThey have someone contact you with an online grant workbook showing why you would qualify for this grantIt is usually for home repairs, paying bills and to help with retirementThey play on emotionsThey tell you will have to set up a business so the corporations can pay another corporationYou go to the expense of not only paying for the fees but the expense of setting up a business with state and local feesYou try to call to see what is happening with the corporate loan and commissions on the business you have set up and can't get an answerThey give you a customer service number and you leave a message and no one calls backThese people called me in early JuneIn October I received a letter from the Office of the Arizona Attorney General saying they had been notified by the Federal Trade Commission I had been scammedThe people had been arrested and the assets frozenWhere does this get me? Up the proverbial creekI am out $20KDON'T LET IT HAPPEN TO YOU!!!

I had been contacted on August 25th. I listened and went through with the service offer. An email came within 10 minutes and I was guided to send personal information... I figured I would proceed on the decision via the initial phone call for grant writing services. I had heard clearly to 'Do not miss the scheduled appointments' about 4 times. I'm an efficient and competent person (so I believed ugh) to know appointment times and schedule adherence. I proceded. I received a first portion of 'Grant Writing Training' which I had NOT been guided to know in the initial hiring of services. NoneTheLess, the initial appointment was missed by the Grant Solutions pyramid effect associate. Needless to say, I immediately called my credit card holder to eliminate any further association with Grant Solutions LLC. Then I called the customer service # associated to Grant Solutions LLC and the gal Flora answered as though I woke her up from sleep with 'ya' as the initial answer to customer service. I was floored literally! All in all, I'm tired of typing the ignorance of this whole story and would like to add how stupid I feel sharing this decision I made. UGH! The 'Good' reviews are also BS - I looked up the so-called restaurant that had been opened by the widower and it is not business in Texas. All made - up stuff... research is always the first step! UGH!

I received the My first call from Grant Solutions in may of 2015 but, I put the process off for almost a year due to the Loss of my sweet wife Lily God rest her soul. I was contacted again in April of 2016 and I talked to a nice gentleman by the name of Mr Franklin. I had fell so deep in debt over the last year that I was living off my credit cards and paying them off as best I could with my social security. Mr Franklin told me I qualified for several different grants and that I could apply for 45,000 dollars in funding, of course I was listening at that point but I was Leary when he said I had to pay a retainer up front. I dont know how to use no computer and I don't think I ever even seen a smart phone in my life but my daughter helped me look them up with the Revdex.com and the Arizona corporate commission and we saw mostly all good things so I decided to take the chance and apply. when it all started I was working with the research department and they helped me to find additional funding that I could apply for. I worked with my specialist and I was suppose to do 1 session a week for 6 weeks but I had to do 8 because im a little slower then most now days. once the sessions where complete and my training was done my daughter and I learned how to do it our self. that was exciting for me but I was still Leary. the worst part was the waiting game. Almost 4 months had passed since I started the service with grant solutions and they steadied my hand when I got worried. The staff was very patient and always assured me it was gonna be OK. Im sure I must of called and called you people straight down the road to crazy town. I thank you for all the help you all gave our family. I received an 155,000 dollar grant check on July/ 20/ 2016, and have start a small resturant named Lilys. I have paid all my credit card debt off and ill tell you what, I am now a believer! I am a single mom of 2 living pay check to pay check and no matter how hard I tried, there was always a late bill I couldn't pay or I was having a hard time keeping enough groceries etc. etc. I received the call one afternoon from a Mrs. Tiffany F[redacted] who assured me I was able to apply for a grant. at 34 years old no gimmick usually works on me I just hang up but Mrs f[redacted] seemed really honest and smart so I listened to all she had to say. by the end of the call I found out I was able to receive a grant because I was a single mom on my own. I found out also this was a grant I could apply for every year. not only was I funded 50,000 on the first time grant for 2016 I also received assistance with affordable housing and clothing for my children. I am now a believer and would recommend this to everyone I know. thank you so much grant solutions

I too share a similar if not same experience with Adolpho who submitted his review on 10/25/2016. I was cold called towards the beginning of August, 2016 and promised that I was eligible for a total of $50,266.36 by Jeff W.
I was required to pay $2,000 in advance for this. I told them that if this was legit that surely they would not mind giving me something in writing to back up their verbal promises. I was told "oh no, that is not how this works". Then told that no one had ever askedfor that before. Then when I still wanted something in writing I was transferred to someone who was alledgedly the boss there. He got a nasty tone with me and said that they would just delete my grant application and we could forget the whole thing if I wouldn't settle for a verbal assurance instead of something in writing. Then I was told to Google the company and see for myself. That they had been in business for 14 years, had a gold rating...this checked out. Then I was told that I would receive 6 training calls, one per week. That I needed to make payment through a 3rd party service. They told me that I had to promise to pay them $2,000 for their services in addition to the $2,000 that I was paying up front off the top of the grant. Then I was made to promise that I would pay the $2,000 back to the credit card. But not to worry, that there was a 100% money back guarantee.
On 8/12/2016 a lady called me from the same number the other calls had come from and said that she had called to give me their tech number. She then gave me the same number that she was calling from... on 8/15 Arnold A. who was alledgedly a senior grant writer called me at 10:00 A.M. to schedule a phone appointment for 8/16 at 10:00 A.M.
Then he no showed me and never called.
Next, I was called on 8/17 and told that I was elidgible for additional P.I.D. grants that they were corporate hybrid grants that private institutions used for tax write offs. Sounds legit...
They needed to know a lot of personal information first though:
1) mortgage payment
2) car payment
3) annual income
4) total amount available in checking account(s)
5) what credit cards, the balance and the amount available
They were then somehow able to check all of those including the checking accounts. I found this a little scary.
At the end of all of this it was determined that I should be elidgible for a total of $150,000 in grants. They would be dispursed within 6-9 months in 15 $10,000 dispursements. The first dispursement was promised between November 21, 2016 and November 28, 2016.
But first they needed me to pay $4,000 more to them for grant writing fees in addition to the $2,000 that they had already billed me. I again asked for something in writing. Because if this was legit it should be no problem to give me a guarantee in writing that matches what I had already been verbally promised, right? I was again met with somewhat hostile badgering tactics. That I could just forget about this if I didn't just pay the "legitimate" grant writer's fee. That this was S.O.P. for this sort of thing. I again reluctantly shelled out another $4,000 against my credit card. Next, I finally received a call from Mason J. at 4:06 P.M. who made an appointment with me for Friday between 12:00 and 12:30. Instead he called at 11:43 while I was in the shower and left a voicemail that he was rescheduling for 1:00. He called back at 1:07. He sounded somewhat aggetated and when I excused myself to quickly grab a fresh ink pen as mine had quit on me we were convienently disconnected. I called him immediately back and received unanswered voicemail. This happened 3 times.
Those were the only phone calls that I have received from them of the promised 6 weekly calls besides a possible almost on September 27, 2016 at 9:49 A.M. from a lady who said she was Pam B. who scheduled an appointment for me with a senior grant writer for 12:00 P.M. on September 28, 2016. That appointment was not kept by them and I received no call.
Friday November 18, 2016 I began calling Grant Solutions at their main phone number (800) 604-1724 to check on the status of my first dispursement which they had promised I would see between November 21, 2016 and November 28, 2016. Just as the other person Adolpho had experienced I received a busy please call back message. I called dozens of times at different times day and night only to receive this same message. So I called and left voicemails on Arnold P's number and Mason J's. All of the voicemails went unanswered. My next call was to the F.T.C. to file a complaint and then to my credit card company to have them reverse the charges. I had intentionally used a credit card from a company who does not take fraudulant charges lightly.
I work way too hard for my money to have it wrongfully taken by scammers. Shame on me for trusting them and shame on them for taking advantage of that trust.
