I always had a lot of respect for this company and I will say used to have respect. I lost some of this as an employee and now as a customer. I really dislike it when companies go out of their way to not take any responsibility for their inflexibility and lack of accountability. I am not saying that I did not do a lot wrong to get myself in the mess in which I found myself needing a trustee, but I have to say that some of the changes in the way that they work with their customers are downright criminal. Talk is cheap and what wins respect is meaningful action
