of Grant Tree Service was contracted to do Tree Service Work at my home as well as my neighbor home next door on Sunday, October 5, 2019. I contacted and accepted this company because they stated that they are "Fully Insured" and guaranteed their work 100% Satisfaction. However, my home received "Considerable Amount of Damage due to the negligence of Grant Tree Service. Since GrantsTree Service failed to return and make the necessary repairs, I sent a Certified Letter Dated October 9, 2019, requesting their return. Although, the Certified Letter was received and signed for ***. Now Grant Tree Service or Mr. Bod Grant never contacted me and neither did the Certified Letter returned to me. Therefore, on October 19, I submitted a second Certified Letter to *** / Grants Tree Service in which that Certified Letter didi returned to. Therefore, I contacted my insurance Company for assistant in this matter and I was instructed to get estimates for the repairs. Also, Listed on your Web-Site *** / Grant Tree Service show's two other locations as following, *** and ***. However, both Certified Letters were sent to the address associated with the phone number *** that I called to request their services as well as listed on the, "PAID IN FULL RECEIPT I received from *** / Grant Tree Services. Therefore, I am reaching out to you Revdex.com to assist in this matter.

Consumer knew the house and gutter was already damaged, the limb was laying on her house. Ms. has a habit of calling companies for work and then doesn't pay for it. She got the okay from the neighbor to remove a few limbs from the tree that dropped the limb and she asked us to take off the whole side. When the neighbor came home he hated the way his tree looked so he asked us to just completely take down the tree. *** decided that she shouldn't have to pay for her portion since the neighbor took the tree down anyway. He wouldn't have done that if she hadn't had so many limbs removed from it.

I am rejecting this response because: This response from this Grant's Tree Services is "Totally Untrue" and such "Negative, Slanderous, Statements towards me is Totally Unacceptable as well.

Sir, in response to your present email regarding the "Closure of Complaints # ***" is an Understatement. It stated that, “The Business”, addressed the issues within the complaint, but the consumer remains dissatisfied."
Sir, prior to October 2019, Grant Tree Services, Owner *** or any other person associated with such company were never known to me.
Therefore, I truly feel and believe according to the Illinois Compiled Statutes, the above Negative Defamation stated by Grants Tree Services (Mr. ***) has discredited my Reputation under the Civil Liabilities (740 ILCS 145/) Slander and Libel Act, Especially the Statement, “Ms. has a habit of calling companies for work and then doesn’t pay for it.”
Sir not only is this a False/Unfounded Statement the entire Response submitted to the Revdex.com by Grant Tree Services (***) is “ALL False Allegations and Totally Unacceptable”.
Since Revdex.com has closed the above complaint abruptly accepting such fabrication from the above company, we will move forward in the necessary directions (with proper proof) to settle this matter in a more proper way.

Hard to believe that I'm the first to write a review for Grant Tree Service after 20 years of business. Bob & his crew are truly exceptional to work with. On time , polite , cleaned up after themselves. Did a great job & gave the best bid out of the five other companies I contacted. I would highly recommend Grant Tree Service & will gladly be a repeat customer if the need arises.
