Hello, *** purchased his hearing aids on 4/25/from our Eugene Oregon locationWhen purchasing the hearing aids he was given a contract, this contract stated that his day return period ended on 5/24/Customers are welcome to return their hearing aids for a full refund during this
time period*** came in for appointments for adjustments during his day period, 5/2/and 5/19/At both of these appointments he had the ability to return the hearing aids for a full refund if he felt they were not satisfactoryHe chose not to return, and left each appointment satisfied with the adjustments that were doneHe also returned for follow up appointments on 6/1/and 6/30/After each appointment it was stated he was satisfied with the adjustments that were madeOn 7/3/*** walked into our Cottage Grove Oregon location and decided to drop the hearing aids off at the front desk with my receptionistIt was stated then, that he needed to have an appointment with me (the owner, Grant) *** refused an appointment and refused to take the hearing aids with himI then called him to go over everything with him as far as returning etc., *** still refused to come get the hearing aids and advised he would deny any attempts to have the hearing aids delivered if they were to be mailed to himIf *** feels the hearing aids are not satisfactory, we are more than willing to work with him to get the hearing aids adjusted how he needs them to fit his hearing lossWe will not issue a refund since he is outside of his day return period that he was made aware of on multiple occasions, as well on the contract that he signedIf you have any further questions or concerns, please let me knowThank you, Grant G***
