[redacted] The Revdex.com [redacted] Re Revdex.com case # [redacted] -Grants Home Services This is in response to a letter I received from you dated January 27, regarding the above case # [redacted] I received a call from [redacted] stating she had found termite damage in her living room on the baseboard at property located at: [redacted] We found damage in the living room on the baseboardWe went into the crawlspace and found termite tubes on foundation wallsAt that time, we informed [redacted] that she had termitesWe informed [redacted] that we could perform a Termite Treatment on August 24, I also remember we had a conversation in which I informed her that “what is behind the wall cannot be seen.” We performed a Termite Treatment in which we trenched inside and outside the crawlspace using a chemical called [redacted] which is a bait type of chemical that the termites eat and take back to the colony We were called back at a later date (don’t recall exact date)When we returned to the property, we found termite tubes in the garage which we spot treated in various areas We received a call to return sometime on October, and returned on October 22, We found that all the sheetrock in the dining room on the garage side was found softThere was damage to wall studs in several areasI found no active termitesI treated by drilling the entire garage At this time I informed [redacted] to contact my insurance Company to try to make a claim from assistanceI also informed her that it was unlikely my insurance company would cover the damage as my warranty clearly states “not responsible for any damage”The reason this is stated on warranty is from my protection as I cannot see what previous or existing damage exists behind sheetrock, etcI know [redacted] knows what damage already existed as it the damaged baseboard she referred to when she initially called my company I hope this clears up any misunderstand or miscommunication in this matter and if anything further is needed please advise Thank you! *** *** is still not claiming any responsibility for his improper treatment of my homeI would not have called him had there not been live termites in my wallWe would not be having this disputeThe original damage from was and is my responsibility I have never questioned thatWhen you have paid a professional to treat your home for termites, and you have paid him every year since to inspect your home for termites, one would assume their home to be free of termitesA professional should stand by their workWhen a mistake like this is made, they should be held responsible.
*** ***s insurance is under the mistaken impression that he is not responsible and that we caused further damage to our home by not repairing the sheetrock damage from This was a cosmetic issue inlyIf the termites had been destroyed, no further damage would have occurred, periodI'm not sure why he or his insurance company cannot understand thisI'm very fortunate that we found out the termites were still in our home when we didWho knows how many years we would have continued to think our home was free of these pestsIt concerns me that he has treated other homes and inpects people's homesI hope no one else has been the victim of his poor business practices and incompetent treatments and inspections We will continue to pursue all our legal options

We received a call from the *** to come and spray for
roachesOn June 23, we went to their home and sprayed to exterminate
roaches from their homeWe informed them at that time sometimes we have to
come back a second time to eliminate them and there would be no charge
after
the initial spray
We did not hear from them again until July 4, 2014; in which
** *** left a message as our office was closed for the holiday weekend and we
were out of town
I returned *** *** call on late Sunday, July 6,
after returning from out of town** *** was very irate and said he had been
up two nights cleaning and “battling” roaches and wanted his $returnedI
reminded him that we told him if he saw more after our spray, we would return
and spray at no additional chargeHe was very irate and cussed at me and used
very foul language and said he just wanted his money backI told him we don’t
operate like that we would be glad to come back and spray at no additional charge
He stated no, he just wanted his money back and hung up
I have not heard from hi since and then received this
complaint
I will not return or send any of m technicians back after
the irate, rude telephone conversation I had with him
I hope this explains the situation we have experienced with
the *** and please advise if anything further is needed
