Usually I require that the customer be present at the time the scheduled work is performedthe homeowners were present the entire timethey gave their approval and paid for the services renderedI received a call a week later about this complaintit was news to me since the complaintant
was present the entire timethe homeowners are very nice people and I genuinely came to like themI haven't got back out to them yetI apologize for letting this go so long but I will get back out there asapI like and respect these people and they deserve only the bestI will be in touch with them asap and resolve this issue
