I am sorry for this misunderstanding, from her complaint it sounds like she was under the impression that I would complete work that I never bid forThe issue with her cabinets was discussed and I offered ideas to her about how to fix it, I also gave her the contact information for a woodworking
specialist because that type of work is not covered by my contractor's liscenseI specialize in stone countertop fabrication, installation and tile onlyThe last I had heard the customer had met with the woodworking specialist but when they could not come to an agreement on the work that she wanted done, then she called me back with the expectation that I would do the work for freeI would like to believe this is a miscommunication due to a language barrier but honestly I think this customer is trying to tale advantage of contractors to have work done for nothingThere was no complaint from her about the quality of the counter tops I installed and this was what her bid covered.
