Granting Hope, Inc. Reviews (4)
Recently, I hired this company to help me with my nonprofit and they did an amazing job helping me with securing my corporation, EIN, bylaws, conflict of interest and overall 501C application. This company took time to help walk me through the process as well as helped with questions. They also promised to help if the IRS came back with questions regarding submission. I received personal attention and 501C3 approval within a short time after submission. Granting Hope’s customer service was very professional and my paperwork was completed quickly. Granting Hope is an excellent company!
Granting Hope, Inc. helped me get my 501C3 within 30 days and has always kept it's promises and provided me quick and professional services. I have nothing but great things to say about Granting Hope! The original founder and owner of this company is excellent! She sold it in early 2015 to another young lady in whom had problems maintaining the standards in which the original owner set. In early 2017, the original founder re-gained control of the company and has re-established its standards. Since the re-organization, I have recommended several individuals to this company and they are very happy and satisfied with its services. I highly recommend Granting Hope!
My complaint crosses across advertising and a refund. I purchased the 501c3 service for the gold plan for $495 on 12/03/2015. This plan included Corporation name clearance, filing of articles, Tax ID, completion of bylaws, conflict of interest policy, 501c application-2-3 day shipping, free follow up. I should have known that something was not right when she was suppose to call me about the application and never did, saying that she never received a time to contact me. I had to keep calling her because I had not received any information or my EIN. I was finally able to submit my application and when I did, it was rejected by the state because the address was incorrect. I notified Granting Hope [redacted] that the application was not correct on 01/14/2016 and she told me she would send the corrected document. I never received the corrected version, so I corrected it myself and returned it back to the State of NC and received an approval. asked me to send the approval over to her. So over a months time I received approval from the state for article corporation. I sent ranting hope three emails as request for Board of Directors, program description and mission statement, which is a duplicate. I had already sent this information prior to January 17. She cannot say that I sent the emails to a different email address because I have the email chain. 0n 01/27/ Sends me a text to find out where we are and I sent her a text back telling her I sent everything to her and haven't heard anything, I asked if she needed anything. On 01/28/2015, nothing was needed. Granting hope has not fulfilled their oblgation to me. I have never received any bylaw, conflicts of interest or anything else pertaining to this non-profit, All I have been getting is I am going to send your packet and I never receive anything. it has been another weeks since I reached out to [redacted] (Granting Hope). I am tired. I can supply additional documentation of conversation if neededProduct_Or_Service: 5013c Desired SettlementI would like half of my back as well as my packet. I am in a sticky situation right now because I went through Granting HOpe to obtain my EID by the state of NC. I have not received any paperwork of bylaws, conflict of interest or anything and this is tied to what the state requires. Granting hope owes me more than half of my money back. I have gone back and forth with this corporation and I am willing to submit all email and text messages as proof.
