In regards to the the complaint received by [redacted] The driver was scheduled in that area on July 21,so we scheduled the pump estimate for that day ( so the "huge" truck ) was what the driver would have been in regardless if he was just there to give the estimate or to pump a tank in the area which was the case the day of the estimate for [redacted] A mistake was made by the driver when he wrote in "travel" charge on the line on which the fee was not for "travel" do to being in the areaThe charge was suppose to be for labor for digging a 3xhole to expose the pump in order to give an estimate.We do not disperse the bill on the day of the estimateWe wait to hear from the customer if they would like to proceed with the estimate that was givenIf they do not want to proceed with the job we bill for the appropriate fee after we hear they do not proceed.As soon as I reviewed the e mail from [redacted] (August1, 2016) the following day ( August 2,2016) I tried calling him on his daytime phone being [redacted] my calls were ignored or blocked as well as the email that was sent to [redacted] We have waived the fee of $ Any questions I can be reached [redacted] Grant's & Pray's Septic Service and Construction, Inc [redacted] [redacted] *** Or call [redacted] General Manager
