To whom it may Concern, This is in response to the complaint filed against us by an existing customerAs per the invoice MrP*** provided, the invoice was already adjusted down from the original price that was quoted to him over the phoneHe was advised prior to scheduling of the
repair that he would be responsible for the balance ($1362.50) after the warranty company paid ($500.00)We do not know a specific amount that would be due until we get involved into a slab leak repair jobWhen MrP*** called and requested us to proceed work he was again made aware of what the amount he would be payingWe do not charge by the hour for slab leak repairsThey are base book pricesAnd in regards to MrP***s' tenant stating we were not on site for no more than hours, that is incorrectThe tenant was not even on site when the work was being performedWe called the tenant when the job was complete as well as us call several times over several days for payment since the job was completedAn invoice was emailed to Mr P*** the day of completion while on the phone with him and the warranty companyWe DID give me P*** a discounted off his repair due to us not having to remove as much concrete flooring as previous anticipatedWe had more than just a Licensed Plumber on siteWe pulled our guys off other job sites to complete this job in a quicker fashion so the tenant was not being put out without water any longer. There will not be any further adjustments on the invoiceThe invoice has already been adjusted $The amount was agreed upon at the higher rate than what we are seeking for paymentThe Pricing is not negotiableBalance of $is dueA claim has been filed with the local Magistrate office as well for collections of balance due along with fees associated with it

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, Please let us know below why you are rejecting the offer made by the business.] I received an email stating that the Labor charges consisted of the following:4 man job$1,462.00 / $65.00 = 22 man hours This information is totally inaccurate, as there were only 2 men that showed up for the repair for a total of 2 hours or work. Please advise the company to provide details of the hours/days worked at my home.
