order a set over the phone.  I took his call and sent him a bunch of washer and dryer set pictures. He picked a set over the phone and have it deliver to him the next day. Just like all customers that call in and make orders, we never collect any payment over the phone until the units are being delivered and installed. On July 15, we delivered the set that Mr. [redacted] picked out. Our delivery guys installed and then collect payments.  Everything went well until the next morning. I got a call from Mr. [redacted] claiming that the set was not cosmetically nice to his expectations of what he spent his money on. Honestly I didn't really understand the reason why he would pay for the set when see delivered to him and it was not cosmetically satisfied to him. But either way,  I told him that I would schedule to bring him a different matching set just so he can be a satisfy customer. The next day afternoon we delivered another set to him and installed again and he once again happy to take the merchandise without complain.  Again, the next morning I get another call from him complaining about how the dryer gets too hot and runs too long he didn't think that it was not normal. Once again I told him that I would send someone out to diagnose the issue, and the next day I sent out a similar replacement dryer for his matching set. Everytime my deliver guys deliver and install merchandise at customers house,  the always operate the units and make sure everything are proper before they leave. And again the next day I get another call from Mr. [redacted] wanting the dryer that we just swapped out yesterday back, because the current dryer is once again not cosmetically satisfied to what he expected.  He also claimed that the dryer making sounds that he didn't like. He also demanded to get his full refund of what he paid for.  I told him that we don't do refund, we have warranty and we will accommodate him to what he needs.  The next afternoon I have my delivery guys brought out the original dryer that he claim to be too hot after carefully test runs several times on every cycles. After the last dryer swapped out, we have not yet heard from him until now, July 29th, we got a letter from Revdex.com about Mr. [redacted] complain and wanting refunds. I honestly believe that Mr. [redacted] needs to get out of his house and go to places when he wants to buy something.  He constantly changing his mind every several hours of what is nice and what is not.  We have been to his house 4 times just to entertain his cosmetically satisfaction opinion on what he thinks is nice. I believe we have lots of patience compare to any other places that he can ever find. Even up to now with the letter from Revdex.com from his complain,  we are still here if he even have any issue, hopefully not cosmetic issue.Thanks [redacted].[redacted]
