The owner and his staff were a pleasure to work with.
I placed a call to them on a rainy morning because of a roof leak. They were on site within a few hours and worked to make the necessary repairs. The gentleman working on the roof was very professional and the price was reasonable. Would recommend Absolute to anyone that asks.

A horrible experience from day one. After shingles replaced, roof leaked, house was tarped for three weeks. Found old felt paper on back of house, and rotted plywood. Went back and forth with them about fixing all the cover ups, they finally replaced 13 sheets of plywood, re-felted entire roof, and had to re-shingle entire house instead of doing it properly from the beginning. Gutters were destroyed, had to be replaced, begrudgingly. Nails left throughout yard. This process took over 3 months. I don't wish this experience on my worst enemy.
