Complaint: [redacted] Your response is not acceptable, you are just not addressing the issue and just sliding the responsibility on the company that does the background checks for youOn the agreement you mention I did NOT agree to a hard credit pull, there is nowhere on the verbiage for that agreement that mentions a hard pullGrapevine cannot just tell me they send the information to this provider and they take care of everything, Grapevine has to take responsibility for the use of my personal information, and I did NOT agree on a hard pull so grapevine has to fix this Regards, [redacted]

Hi [redacted] I am so sorry you are unhappy by the credit inquiry on your credit report After review of your application submitted on 10/21/17, I can see where you signed off on our user agreement which includes disclosure that your information will be screened by a 3rd party, per section of the user agreement: As part of the procedure for processing this application, all application information will be sent to an independent third party source which will verify the information provided in this application and additional information may be obtained from other sourcesA report will be provided to Grapevine Station Apartments containing an application score.As far as your comments in regards to the apartment itself, we have spoken to Glory and resolved all issues with her directly We strive to provide excellent customer service, and I believe miscommunication was to blame, as the carpets in her apartment were brand new and there had not been a pet in the apartment previously That being said, she was unhappy with the home and we worked with her to ensure her issues were resolved to satisfaction and her lease contract was canceled Please feel free to call me if you have any further questions at [redacted] Thank you, [redacted] ***Regional Property Manager

In addition, you provided a copy of your ID as part of the application process. Couldn’t you please  stop deviating from answering my question and indicate me where on the agreement I signed it specifically states that a hard pull credit check is gonna be performed.
