I have responded to the consumer and have resolved the issue However, the consumer was texting my landline and that is why she was not getting a response

Lawn was mowed as requested and for the price agreed upon.

Following the recent storm that dumped 2 feet of snow on the Rochester area, I can say the following in good conscience:
1. Mr. P[redacted] is NOT equipped to handle large storms. I'm not talking about actual equipment, I'm talking about his ability to run a business. When I mentioned that I understood that they were slammed with the storm, and even said so in my voice mail, he told me that he had 150 missed phone calls, was aware that his voice mailbox was full, and just deleted all the messages without listening to them. What businessman does that? What businessman that wants to stay in business does that? Clearly he doesn't operate well under other than ideal conditions.
2. When I told him that 8 of the 12 markers that I had placed around the driveway to indicate where they SHOULDN'T push snow or go with their blade were plowed down, I was told that it was excessive and that they do their own staking. When I pointed out that they plowed down their own stake, he made the excuse that they were in their trucks for x number of hours yesterday and had a lot of driveways to do. The length of time spent in the trucks has no bearing on the fact that they plowed down the stakes. In other words, half-a**ed performance should be acceptable because HE bit off more than he could chew.
3. The snow was plowed up into my yard to within 7 feet of my front door - four feet from the front stoop. His response was that it was too hard to back blade 18 inches of snow and yet, when I watched the neighbors across the street being plowed out, I saw their plow operator lower his blade only halfway and back blade out a portion of the snow, and then go back up the driveway, drop the blade lower, and back blade out the remainder of the snow. From there, he pushed the snow into their yard at the bottom of the driveway. Clearly the person who plowed my driveway (along with Mr. P[redacted]) aren't really that experienced in plowing. Then there's the issue of what happens when that snow melts quickly (as it's likely to do in the coming days) and that water is unable to seep into the already water-soaked ground, and pools there at my front stoop, my landscape beds, and my lawn. Eventually, that water will end up around my foundation. I'm betting money Mr. P[redacted] wouldn't want all that water around HIS foundation in the hopes that his sump pump can keep up with it.
If this guy was the absolute last guy on the planet with a snow plow, I would not hire him again to plow my driveway.

I have a seasonal residential snow plowing contract with seal pro. The contract states they will come out for every 3 inches, unlimited trips for 199.00. This is by far the absolute worse plowing service I have ever had. My driveway is always a mess, if I didn't back in and have 4 wheel drive I would constantly be stuck. I have a 2 car, it's plowed in a manner where only one car can park. I want whoever my neighbors have next year, their driveway don't look a mess like mine.
