Graphic Design Labs Reviews (1)

Graphic Design Labs provided customer known and disclosed herself as DJ [redacted] Legal Name ( [redacted] ), President of Young [redacted] INC in detail our process, expectations and delivered her completed website for her review of copy and approval dated February 10, and 11th,...

2017. Client was informed over the Phone, Email and Project Proposal of the Process, Cost or Fee Summary and Fee Schedule. Client was fully aware that we use [redacted] as a website design platform. [redacted] is a free website building platform that provides the capability for anyone to design a custom website of choice. To design a website to clients custom color schemes, original provided and written copy and content development, purchased and licensed adobe stock photos and create a custom cohesive design and site structure is not free. Using a free design platform is not be be confused with the service of creating original copy/content and custom design services.  In addition, we also explained to client in detail the different price options for [redacted] premium packages that she would have to sign up for and pay in order for her to host and publish her website live with [redacted]. We created an account using clients email address and client replied to that email with full legal acknowledgement of our process.    After client had approved the Project Proposal, an Invoice was sent for a 50% Deposit Only as required to begin the clients project. Client paid a deposit amount of $480.00 dollars. The remaining 50% upon completion of her website and project proposed to client was never paid by client. Instead, once we completed her new Design Website with entire new and custom Content & Copy, a Flyer for Website and Social Media Set Up, We delivered a completion email with details on how to Approve the Copy of each page of her new website and request any additional changes she may have. We not only delivered Social Media Marketing Flyer that client had already started to use on all her social media platforms including and not limited to her personal facebook page, Go Fund Me Account, Linked In, and our Content and Marketing Flyer delivered to client was also being used on her personal [redacted] Sound Cloud DJ music mix. We have snapshots and evidence of Social Media Set Up completed by Graphic Design Labs and that client was already using content delivered and created by Graphic Design Labs before we even delivered her new website for review and approval.    Client became inappropriately hostile, unprofessional and made derogatory comments over the phone and in long threads of emails with threats when she asked us for ( webmaster password ) of her completed new website. We professionally responded to client and walked her through the steps and ethical behavior we follow with al our clients that we do not provide webmaster passwords until she has ( Approved and Paid a Final Invoice for Remaining Balance on her Account ) We asked client to please review her completion emails sent and Approve and or make change requests as needed in order for us to move forward. Client was sent completion emails with detailed information and 2 separate completion items for her review. She was sent a .PDF file format of every page of her new website for her to carefully review the content and copy and either Approve or Request changes of any page. In addition, Client was also sent a Live Full Screen Video of her Completed Website for her review of complete Usability and Functionality of her Website and ensure to walk through every page, button, and properly functioning links on the website.    Client refused to follow our guidelines and requirements so we can move forward, Invoice her the remaining 50%, Connect her Domain and Publish her Website Live. Instead, Client ( [redacted] or Legal Name, [redacted] made threats and false accusations via email if we refused to provide her a webmaster password of her completed website. She called her credit card company and falsely made a claim to Re-Verse and Charge Back Deposit paid of $480.00 to Graphic Design Labs stating that she never received ANY completed goods or services from Graphic Design Labs so that she can not only get her money back for work we already completed and delivered and currently using on her social media platforms but also get access and webmaster password to her new website.    We provided complete detailed evidence of delivered Goods/ Services to Mrs. [redacted]'s Bank ( Barclays Bank ) and Barclays Bank Favored and Decided on Graphic Design Labs Goods and Services to be Honest in Business Best Practices.    Graphic Design Labs understands the importance of providing the Best Customer Service and Experience Possible, We want all our clients to be 100% satisfied with our services and completed work. We would like to come to a Resolution with Client [redacted], President of Young [redacted].  Graphic Design Labs proposes to put this misunderstanding aside and Re-Open clients Design Project and Publish her Website Live. She may have access and webmaster password to her new website without paying Graphic Design Labs the remaining 50% due. Graphic Design Labs is willing to offer Client her new website for no additional fees if client would agree to come to a resolution and Discontinue Any False Misrepresentation and Defamation of Character of our Company and Designer, Including and Not Limited to Threatening Unnecessary Legal Action. Client may contact us regarding this offer and resolution. A signed agreement of this resolution would be required of client ( [redacted] ).    Please Note: Graphic Design Labs Contract/ Agreement and Policy.    Cancellation: Both parties understand that Client or Designer may terminate the service at any time if, for any reason, the relationship is deemed unsatisfactory by either party. Upon written or verbal cancellation, Client is responsible for payment for all expenses incurred and any work done towards the completion of the project based on the percentage of the project completed that is determined by Designer. There will be no refunds accepted past any percentage of project completed. Should Client cancel the project following its completion, Client is responsible for full payment as per the agreed upon estimate plus all expenses incurred. In the event of cancellation, Designer retains ownership of all copyrights and original work created.             On Mon, Mar 20, 2017 at 3:31 PM, Square Disputes <[redacted] wrote: Hello [redacted] Thanks for writing in and for your patience throughout the dispute process.
