I purchased the car from individual and it was brought in for diagnosis. They broke the cars engine in there care after driving the car 2 times. Brought car in after I purchased the vehicle had a code for timing. They told me car timing was off by a tooth and the fix would be $230 and $200 for diagnosis they were unable to get to the car in a timely manner so they told me $300 for everything. After a day or 2 I received a call saying they were unable to start the vehicle. They wanted me to come up to the dealership to discuss. I was told they wanted to tear into the engine to find the cause. I was told quotes on used engines fixing this engine. I was also told they had driven the car 2 times before they changed the timing. I told them since they drove the car without fixing the problem they should take care of it. I took my car to Moss Brothers on for a service check, to see if there had been any oil damagepreviously, I had a problem with Jiffy Lube who almost blew my engine by overfilling it two quartsso I took it to Moss Brothers for the service check they did the service check stated that nothing was wrong with the vehicle I went to go pick my car up, the battery was dead the service department was closed so one of the salesman went to get a jumper box to jump my car and he jumped it backwards which intern did lots of damage to my car Moss Brothers claimed responsibility replace two fuses to my computer and the ABS system they had my car for over a week when I went to go pick it up they said I was good to go I drove my car home which is two and a half miles and it was making the worst sound I have ever heard when I called Moss Brothers to bring the car back they said they would not be responsible that the car was making a noise like that when I brought it in which is not true and
