I am rejecting this response because: I was not aware of the need to cancel the 7 day free trial after the seven (7) days. I don't wish to accept any more access to this companies web site as offered in response to my cancellation. I want to have my account cancelled and refund of my $49.00 fee.

To whom it may concern,The initial response is absolutely inaccurate. Graphic Stock wrote: We
have been communicating with the customer to resolve the issue and the
Revdex.com complaint was submitted prior to them reaching out to us for
assistance. The customer has opened multiple accounts on our site, which
is a violation of the terms of service. We have offered extended access
and yet that does not seem to be satisfactory to him. We have tried to
assist him as much as possible, but at this point it the refusal to work
with us in any way is becoming excessive.As can be seen in the responses from both me & Graphic Stock, there is only one (1) account that I use. I have not used any other account during my 2 years with Graphic Stock. My initial attempt (prior to writing the Revdex.com) to remedy this situation was a series of emails to Graphic Stock. This is a crucial time of year for my industry. To shut my account off with no reason & no response to emails is unacceptable. If you look through the string of responses I'm sure you can see that this was clearly an error on Graphic Stocks end.

Hello,The customer reached out to support during a holiday and sent this Revdex.com request because they did not receive a response while our offices were closed, so our agent was able to resolve the issue through email once we were back in the office. Thank you

30th of July, 2015. As the customer stated in this complaint he cancelled the account on the 5th of August, 2015, which is after the trial had lapsed. During the sign up process our site clearly states that the account must be cancelled by the end of the 7 day trial period if the customer does not want to automatically enroll into a monthly membership.

Hello,All downloads were not completed in one day. There were downloads on the day the account was created and majority of the downloads were done on June 19th, 2016, which was after the trial period. Instead of logging in and downloading hundreds of files and then submitting a complaint through the Revdex.com it would have been advisable to not download anything from the account and instead reach out to support in regards to the issue and give support a fair amount of time to respond to the request. As previously stated we are not able to issue any refunds because of the amount of downloads that were made well after the trial period. We can grant access to the account without any further billing, however the customer will need to reach out to support directly by emailing support@[redacted].com.

I am rejecting this response because: what they stated didn't even address my complaint.  EVERY one of the images that are shown on a general keyword are ALL $3.99 - no images shown are included in my subscription.

Complaint

I was charged for the renewal of a subscription to the graphic stock image service without prior notice. The response from the merchant is that we have a no-refund policy. I was never notified that I would be charged as an autorenewel payment for this service. Their no refund policy is bogus! It is...

unethical not to notify a customer that their account would auto renew in a certain amount of time and resort to a no refund policy after the transaction is questioned!







Desired Resolution

I expect my money will be reimbursed and that the company will take action to notify its customers of a subscription renewal, and to consider eliminating such an unethical no refund policy!

I signed up for Graphic Stock's 7 day free trial to sample their stock images, but was disappointed when I couldn't work with the images in Photoshop. Here's the kicker: I forgot to cancel the 7 day free trial and got charged $49 on my credit card. Okay, so I don't recall reading anything that said they would charge me if I didn't cancel, but I'm aware some companies operate this way despite the new laws put in place. I go to Graphic Stock right away to cancel my subscription, which I'm less than a week into the month I paid for, and the cancellation takes effect immediately. It didn't matter that I paid them $49 for the month. They didn't feel that they actually owed me the month I paid for. No. The minute I tried to cancel, there was a pop-up that told me my account would be closed immediately and I did I really want to throw away the more than 3 weeks left on it.
This is how Graphic Stock operates: they count on you to forget so they can continue charging you. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. Just about every stock image they offer can be found on a better, more reputable site.

Review: I signed up for a 7 day free trial with the option to subscribe after the trial for a $49.99/mo special with them, then cancelled after 3-4 days. I cancelled online. It showed cancelation went through. Then, after the so-called 7 day trial I got billed for $99. I called my bank and told them what happened. I have made 4 phone calls to graphicstock.com and was always told someone will get back to me. I'm running out of patience!!! I want my refund back, and they are not cooperating. Please help me resolve this issue. I never received any kind of confirmation by email of the cancelation. They should have on record when I registered an account with them and when I cancelled my trial.Thank you.Desired Settlement: $99 refunded back into my checking account.
