an INSTALLATION companyWe work with graphic printers and companies that need someone to install their finished productsWe have been in contact with Natalie Beckert throughout conducting the website changes to meet her satisfactionIt would never be our intent to be deceptive in any wayApplied Graphics sent me an email & text one day before I was leaving to go out of the country (1/22/18), and did not give me ample time to respond to her concern before she contacted the Revdex.com (letter dated 1/24/18)I tried several times to respond to her from Mexico but the communication would not go through until 1/25/I think we have now resolved any issues or concerns she had regarding the website pictures & videoOur web design people have been made aware of one last blurred out picture that is unrecognizable to the general public in the background of another picture that we are still trying to removeNatalie Beckert (Applied Graphics) and the Revdex.com will be notified when that one is deleted.Sincerely,*** *** * *** ***330-819-
