Worst experience with a company we have ever experiencedThere salesmen and reps have lied to us so many times it's hard to countAt first it was about there lead timesEverytime they said it was being shipped, they lied It was delayed for over two months from when they promised to deliver it to usWhen we bought the machine they told us it had bi-directional printing which is twice as fast as uni-directional printingWhen we actually received the printer they said that the bi-directional feature was coming out in three monthsWe kept following up for over a year and it never came availableFinally we talked to a rep who was not normally assigned to our account, and he told me a simple switch in the software that caused it to print twice as fast as it normally doesThey had been lying to us the whole time so that we would be another machine from them (we were in talks about this from the start)I have never experienced such a low, scummy thing from anyone beforeI would highly recommend you steer away from this companyThey are crooks and swindlers
