Dear [redacted] , Arial;">We have both NYC Property Values and FL Property Values comparisonsThe sources are as follows: The NY source is from NYC.govThis is the official Governmental page for the city of New York The FL source is from the Florida Department of Revenue through the Property Tax Oversight Data PortalThis is all information publicized by governmentAs is the case with all government database, public domain comparisons, we run regular imports from the sourceTherefore, should we delete an individual listing, it will simply be re-inserted upon next importTherefore, we encourage users to make changes at the source of the information We feel this comparison is valuable to users as a market research toolIt gives a holistic look at property values and real estate marketsIf a user is a law enforcement agent or a protected public official, then we remove the listings immediately and direct the user to remove their information at the source, to avoid re-insertion upon next updateAll other users are encouraged to make the change at the source databaseAgain, once a change is made at the source, FTB will promptly and gladly modify the content on our site accordingly We have already removed the owner name from the listing and it no longer appears on our website although it may take longer to disappear from Google search results as they also update their informationPlease let us know if you have any further questions or concerns Sincerely, The FindTheBest Team

Dear [redacted] , Thanks for contacting us. We are sorry to hear that you had trouble... with our contact form and will be looking into that issue to make sure it does not happen in the future. Our financial advisors comparison section is built using publicly available data. Our primary data sources are public filings obtained from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). Supplementary information may be provided by listed advisors or their representatives..We use the term "financial advisor" generically to reference registered Broker-Dealer Agents, Investment Advisor Representatives, and professionals registered as both. On each page, there is an overview description that indicates registered titles and explains what those registrations means. On the listing for [redacted] we show both registered titles of Investment Advisory Rep and Broker-Dealer Agent as is posted on FINRA. In order to be removed from this list you must remove your information for the source database, and once this can be proven, you will automatically be removed from our list. Here is the contact page for FINRA (http://www.finra.org/Investors/Contacts/index.htm). If there is outdated information such as current employment or work history that you wish to edit, please send us the current information and we will accommodate as soon as possible. We have recently made some updates to the information but please let us know if there is anything else we can change. Sincerely, The FindTheBest Team *The employer information pertains strictly to the firm of which the individual is employed. Because many of these firms provide a variety of products or services, the individual may or may not be registered to operate under all services provided by the firm. **Please note that the IAR is required to provide past employment information only while registered with an investment advisor firm and the information is not updated through Form U4 after the IAR ceases to be registered. Therefore, an employment end date of "Present" may not reflect the broker's current employment status.

We do understand that it can be startling at first to find your information online, but the data is made publicly availableGovernment records are public in order to enable citizens to monitor their government and to ensure accountability in a democratic societyVirtually every major change in life is recorded somewhere in a government documentShortly after you are born, a birth certificate is issued If you obtain a driver's license, get married, buy a house, file a lawsuit--all of these events are recorded in public documents easily available to you and to othersPublic records are just that--publicThere are few, if any, restrictions on the release of this informationPublic records may also be used by private investigators, attorneys, law enforcement officials and other government agenciesIn fact, as more public records are posted online, anyone with a computer and Internet access can easily compile detailed profiles on individuals Birth records can be an invaluable resource for genealogists looking to research their ancestorsState and federal institutions have documented births for hundreds of yearsDigital copies and indexes of more recent records are common, but their availability often depends on a state's public records lawNew records and collections are constantly being adding to provide the most extensive and useful information on birth recordsAt FindTheBest our goal is to collect, connect, and structure the worlds data to help people research with confidenceSince the data in question comes from public sources, we do not permit deletions as this would prevent our services from being as valuableWhile the information is public we do make some exceptions for removing information We do not believe that Anjali's information meets any of the qualifications that we would consider grounds for removalIn no previous correspondence has Anjali provided any identification or evidence that he is in law enforcement, a protected public official, or a victim of domestic violence or stalking which we would consider acceptable reasons for removing the listingThank you for your understanding and please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns Regards, The FindTheBest Team
