I highly and extremely would recommend that you do not buy any plotter equipment from Graphtec America products, as they do not support their customers in a professional manner that is critical to a sign business and or the sign industry. Graphtech, is a disgrace to the sign industry for not providing ultimate customer service for the professional(s).

I highly recommend Summa USA for plotters, as this company is more professional on dealing with customer service and tech support with professionalism that is outstanding.

*Spend your money wisely and think about down the road for tech support especially, when you don't receive it at Graphtec America.

I cannot confirm that this customer called 800 times in five months.  I do show that he received assistance in January and June 2014.  As far as I can tell from the records, he has been taken care of.

Review: According to the warranty agreement (which I have in my possession) Graphtec America, Inc. will provide a SIX MONTH PHONE SUPPORT for the registered users of thir product.This is an outrageous lie!!! No matter what time of the day (PST) you call Technical Support they never answer the phone. I have called over eight hundred times in the last five months but never talked to a live support technician; the call goes directly to voice mail. Youre always prompted to leave a message and they will get back to you - it has not happened in my case...The reason phone support is extremely important is due to the fact that it can be very time consuming to resolve technical issues via email.Im in the process of filing a complaint with Graphtec America, Inc.corporate office in Japan.Desired Settlement: They need to honor their Warranty Contract by doing what they claim SIX MONTHS PHONE WARRANTY for registered users!!!
