We had excellent service from Grapids when they came to install our new furnaceWe were using an unvented gas space heater to warm part of the house until the new furnace could be installed They measured the COin the room, and even though it was low, they said they would feel better if we used electric space heaters they would provide (at no charge) so that we would be safe They did a great job
*** did a very good job and seemed to do my inspection very thoroughly! I asked questions and they were explained in terms I could understand He told me what to do to keep the furnace running smoothly and what to do with the levers on it I would hire them again!!

Very impressed with this company! My furnace went out and I was looking for immediate services. Being I am a Perfumer (maker of perfumes), I have temperature sensitive products in my home lab and my products could of all been destroyed if I did not find your company!
The technician came out quickly, gave me a thorough detailed report on what was wrong with my furnace and got the heat on quickly! I was very impressed because most technicians prior were only around to turn the heat back on and never gave me a resolution to what the problems are with my furnace. I am very pleased, and am now a dedicated new customer! Thank you!
A++ Service. We had our furnace expected by [redacted] and he was extremely nice, efficient and helpful. He explained everything in understandable terms and offered a few tips to get the most out of our furnace. He even double checked an issue I brought up and suggested a few things we could do to fix it.
When I asked about duct cleaning he didn't hesitate to walk around the house with me and give me a quote on the spot. I was so impressed I booked the appointment right there. I hope everyone receives the same service we got and if you can, ask for [redacted].
