In regards to Mr [redacted] 's complaint He arrived with computer scrap however the price on our price sheet (.15/lb) is for COMPLETE TOWERS Mr [redacted] 's load was towers with mostly one board remaining Therefore not worth the price and would be downgraded to the next tier level (.04/lb) I explained to him the difference in price and if he had some computer towers they could have paid (.15/lb) full price for those and the rest would be .04/lb I was not being dishonest with him
