I purchased over $100 of their products. I never received my delivery. I tried contacting them on several emails addresses they provided but no one has responded. I have an account with this business. They have confirmed my order and my payment statues is completed. No customer support at all.
July 3, 2020 TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, As stated on our website,
"NOTICE: Orders may be delayed due to the coronavirus. We are doing our best to ensure orders are shipped in a timely and safe manner"
Enclosed is the shipping details, including tracking number and delivery date of the customer order. The item was delivered to the customer's address by the Unites States Postal Service (USPS). As indicated, the customer's tracking number was sent to her (Please see order summary). Once customers orders leave our business, we have no control over the efficiency of the shipping carrier. The USPS has been hit hard by the coronavirus pandemic and we have been considerate and working patiently with the USPS. We have also notified our customers of issues regarding shipping carriers accross the country. We will not reimburse the customer because the product she paid for was shipped and delivered.
