Grass Roots, Inc. Complete Lawn Care

Review: We hired Grass Roots Inc. last June to fix a drainage problem in our backyard. [redacted] came out to access the problem and informed us that the swampy area in our yard was being caused by our sump pump drainage pipe. He suggested moving the pipe to a higher area in our yard and install a pop up emitter to help dissipate the water so another swampy area wouldn't be created. He did the work and it all seemed to be okay for a while until a few months ago. I noticed a that the area was starting to become soggy so I called and left a message for [redacted], asking him to come out to check it. I never heard back from him. I gave him the benefit of the doubt that maybe he didn't get the message so I left another message on business phone telling him that I was starting to notice that the area was getting swampy and asking him to come out to check that the emitter that he installed was still working. Again I never received a call back. The next couple of calls I placed were to [redacted]'s Cell phone number and needless to say I still haven't heard back from him. The area where he moved the drainage is now bigger and worse then it originally was when we first hired him, the only difference is it right in the middle of our back yard!Desired Settlement: At the very least my phone calls should be returned and they should come out to address the issue and offer a solution.
