this confusion is coming fromYes, the [redacted] s were bill for two mows that had gotten done that month, but then they had one more mow that was done while they were on vacation as they stated on the phone while I got the first call from Mr [redacted] and he said they are getting charge for a mowing that they had ccancelled.I had talked to Mr [redacted] AFTER the mow was done and that’s when he had requested a service end because he could do it himself his shoulder was healing faster than he had thoughtSo yes, they received a bill for one mow 37.50, the crew did show up after to try mowing but had talked to Mr [redacted] and he had stated they cancelled their services and didn’t need it done any longer, that was only a day or two after he had cancelled his services with us yes it should have been off the crew route but we print route a day or two ahead and they still communicated with me and Mr [redacted] that he was no longer needing us to do his lawnAnd the last mow that had gotten done was when he was on vacation so I don’t understand how he would know if it got done or not he said we never showed up and he was getting charged for a mow they hadn’t done because he thinks we are charging him for the mow when one of the crew foremen’s had talked to Mr [redacted] at his door and we are not charging them for that at all my crew did not do anything to his lawn that day he was getting charged for the last mow that had been done when they were out of town and before I had got the call from Mr [redacted] about cancelling their services with us so we sent out his last bill and cancelled their services with usAnd we had received seven voicemails from Mrand Mrs [redacted] about the same invoice we sent out that they claim the yard did not get done I had called the crew foremen who dose the [redacted] s yard and check their routes and times and it all got done for the last time I have the route and dates that they got done and charged forMy employees have no reason to lie or write information on a routeWe also had gotten rude and disrespectful phone calls about this invoice they had gotten for their last mow that was done while they were out of townAnd the owner had got on the phone after Mr [redacted] had called me being rude telling me we needed to get our [redacted] together on our part and hung up on me I didn’t even get a chance to ask question or talk to him about the situationThen Mrs [redacted] had called and the owner answered and she was rude and yelling we couldn’t get nothing out before she would start talking again and trying to talk over him, then she had hung up on him also, not even two minutes later we are getting another call while we were on the phone doing a training for our new clock in service so the owner of grass Whackers had texted [redacted] explaining that we are in a training over the phone and we would call when we were finished with itAfter the training, the owner had called Mr [redacted] back and they started talking about the last mow and the services and dates it was done and Mr [redacted] had gotten on the defense because he wasn’t understanding what we were charging him for and he believes we are charging him for the time my crew foremen went to his door and had talked to them about no longer needing us, and was rude then started calling the owner of grass whackers unnecessary names, curse words and threating him he was going to “kick his [redacted] the next time he sees him”so, the owner said back to him that he could go ahead and try anything he wants but it won’t end up good for him because he has made threats to the owner and could turn him in instead of making it physical and un professional he (the owner) stated that he is a business owner and would drop the charge for the last mow if it was what Mr [redacted] wanted to make the situation come to an end, and that was thatThen Mrs [redacted] had gotten on her Facebook and went to our Grass Whackers page and was saying childish rude comments about the businesses that we are rude and that our customer service is crap, trying to run the business down because of a misunderstanding is very unprofessional and childish and yes everyone is entitled to their own opinions, we have never done a bad or unprofessional job with their lawn service and they have always love the work we do but because they were misunderstanding what they were getting billed for and wouldn’t let us talk or explain what was going on they took it as they were getting “ripped off” and didn’t want to resolve anything but they started texting the work phone trying to tell the owner that he needs to talk to me and I need to tell everyone everything about the lawn’s that call and cancel and that I wasn’t doing my job right and he needed to find a better book keeper who knows what they are doing I do also have all the text messages to prove what was really saidAs of now we have dropped the charges for the last mow and ended their services liked they have asked forAnd they knew we were dropping the charges because we told them and even know it WAS done we still putting the customer first and wanted them to be happy with services and the care that was done to their yard
